1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable charges (such as hotel or airline cancellation fees).
- Cancellations made within 3–6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to appear at the departure location or misses the scheduled trip without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds are made via the original payment method used during booking.
4. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, government restrictions, or natural disasters, refunds will depend on the policies of our service providers (hotels, airlines, or transport partners).
5. Trip Modifications
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact our support team at least 5 days before your trip. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes without penalty, depending on availability.
